ALMUTAIRI Legal is an entirely fictitious entity, and these pages are a technical demonstration of software, nothing more. The firm name and the lawyer's name shown are values invented for this demonstration; they refer to no real office or person, bear no relation to any office or lawyer that may carry a similar name, and no legal service is offered, solicited or performed here. These terms set out what this demonstration technically does and does not do, and the limits of using it. They are issued by the demonstration's developer and operator, Exec Logic Company, not by the fictitious entity named in these pages.

1. The nature of this site: a technical demonstration only

This site is a static build published to show how the interface of a legal-services platform looks and behaves. Its purpose is purely technical and illustrative: page design, in-browser form behaviour, and content structure.

No legal service is offered through it, no legal work is solicited, and none is performed. No part of it constitutes an offer of representation, advice, advocacy or drafting.

If you have arrived at this page with no prior knowledge of it, read the lines above literally: what you are looking at is a simulation, not a law firm.

2. No attorney-client relationship arises

Using this site creates no attorney-client relationship, nor anything resembling one, whatever the manner of use. Browsing does not create one; filling in the contact form does not; using the services guide does not; and writing to the demonstration email address shown on these pages does not.

Nor could such a relationship arise in the first place, because the other party does not exist. The entity and the named lawyer are invented, and no one can accept an engagement on their behalf.

Nothing on this site gives rise to professional confidentiality or privilege, because that protection is a consequence of a relationship which has not arisen. Do not rely on these pages to keep anything.

3. The entity is fictitious, and the licence is not a licence

The firm name shown, the lawyer's name, the postal address, and the email address demo@almutairi.ai are invented values placed there to populate a demonstration interface. They correspond to no real person and no real place. The address shown is a demonstration address: no lawyer receives it and nothing sent to it is answered, so do not write to it.

The licence number shown, DEMO-000, is not a licence number. No authority issued it, no register records it, it confers nothing on anyone, and it cannot be verified because it refers to nothing.

The only real identity on this site is that of the developer and operator: Exec Logic Company, reachable at wael@execraai.com.

4. The services guide gives canned general information, not advice

The services guide answers from a table of replies written in advance inside the page. No language model is called and your words are sent to no endpoint: live retrieval is disabled and the assistant endpoint does not exist.

The guide therefore cannot understand your situation, cannot estimate a duration, a cost or an outcome, and issues no legal opinion. What it shows is general information written in advance and specific to no one.

Anyone with a real matter must consult a lawyer licensed in their own jurisdiction. These pages are no substitute for that consultation and should not delay it.

5. All displayed data is synthetic

Any data shown in this demonstration — names, requests, figures or dates — is generated for display. It describes no real person, no live dispute and no sum owed.

No screen in the demonstration indicates a volume of work, a number of clients, or a record of outcomes. The figures shown furnish the interface; they are not statistics.

6. What the site technically does and does not do

The site is a set of static pages. No API is deployed, there is no database, and no server-side code runs.

The contact form validates its fields inside the browser and then shows a local simulation message. Contact channels are disabled, so what you type is transmitted to no one and stored nowhere.

The site uses no cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. Every file the page requests — fonts included — comes from the site's own origin; no resource is loaded from any external origin.. The fonts are self-hosted. The only browser storage is a single local value: the light or dark theme preference.

Because these pages neither request, store nor transmit personal data, they hold nothing to transfer, share or sell.

Every page is marked to allow indexing, and robots.txt allows crawling in full and publishes the sitemap.

7. Acceptable use: do not enter real data

Do not enter real personal data into this demonstration: no full name of a living person, no identity or passport number, no mobile number, no address and no banking details.

Do not enter confidential information or anything relating to a live dispute: party names, case numbers, documents, or correspondence with a lawyer. The demonstration does not need them, and there is no trusted party to receive them.

Refrain from impersonating any person or entity, from attempting to disrupt the site, and from any security scan or penetration test without the operator's explicit written permission.

8. No warranty; the site is provided as-is

Because this is a technical demonstration and not a legal service, it neither offers nor implies any firm guarantee as to case outcomes, timelines or procedures; no one should base a decision on anything it displays.

This site is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is not warranted to be free of errors, to work in every browser, or to keep its content unchanged.

Availability is not guaranteed. The operator may modify, suspend or remove the demonstration entirely at any time, without notice and with no obligation to keep it online.

The content shown is illustrative, may be neither accurate nor current, and no decision should be built on it.

9. Limitation of liability

The developer and operator accept no liability for any harm arising from the use of this demonstration or from the inability to use it, nor for anyone's reliance on anything in it.

Put plainly: anyone who takes a legal or financial decision on the strength of a demonstration page that declares itself to be a demonstration does so at their own risk alone.

This limitation is not to be read as excluding liability that the applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

10. Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, design, code and visual marks — are the work and property of Exec Logic Company, unless stated otherwise.

The fonts used are licensed under the SIL Open Font License (SIL OFL) and are self-hosted among the site's own assets; they are governed by their own licence terms, not by these terms.

The name ALMUTAIRI Legal and the mark that accompanies it in this demonstration are invented for the purpose of the exercise; they are not meant to refer to any existing firm or entity, and no registration is claimed in them.

11. Legal framing, its limits, and who to contact

This page is a notice setting out the limits of a technical demonstration, not a contract. Browsing concludes no agreement between you and anyone, so no governing law and no chosen forum are asserted here as though a contract had been formed.

What the applicable law forbids nonetheless remains forbidden: this demonstration may not be used to give the impression of an operating law firm, to impersonate a professional capacity, or for any unlawful purpose.

For context only: a real deployment of a platform like this in Saudi Arabia that collected personal data would have to operate under the Personal Data Protection Law, for which the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) is the competent authority. This demonstration has not been assessed against that law and needs no such assessment, because it collects no personal data.
