ALMUTAIRI Legal is a fictitious entity created for a technical demonstration only. It is not a law firm, it offers no legal services, and no attorney-client relationship arises from using this site. The firm name, the lawyer, the licence number DEMO-000, the address and the email shown on these pages are demonstration values and refer to no real person or organisation. This notice borrows the familiar heading order of Saudi privacy notices; that is a matter of layout only and implies no conformity with, or assessment under, the Personal Data Protection Law, but at every heading it states what actually happens in this build, which at most headings is: nothing.

1. Who publishes this page

This site collects no personal data, so there is no personal data for anyone to control, and this notice names no data controller. The entity shown in the interface — the ALMUTAIRI law office, the lawyer Salem bin Abdullah Almutairi (a fictitious persona), the licence DEMO-000, the demonstration address and the email address demo@almutairi.ai — is entirely fictitious. The address shown is a demonstration address, not a channel for correspondence, and no reply should be expected from it.

The only real party behind this demonstration is its developer and operator, Exec Logic Company, reachable at wael@execraai.com. Any question about this page or about how the site behaves goes there and nowhere else.

2. What data this demonstration collects: none

This site is static pages only. There is no application server behind it, no database and no server-side code, so there is no place where data could be received or stored.

The contact form shows fields for name, mobile number, entity type and message. The browser validates them locally and does nothing else. Contact channels are disabled in this build, so pressing the send button prints a local simulation message and opens no channel at all: no network request, no email, no WhatsApp. What you type never leaves your device and is gone when you close the page.

The site contains no analytics or measurement tool, and its pages issue no request to any other domain. The request for the page itself necessarily reaches whichever server delivers the static files, which is outside what this demonstration adds; the site builds no collection, no linking and no profile on top of it.

3. The services guide and the pre-written assistant

The assistant shown on the page calls no AI model. Retrieval is disabled and no endpoint is configured, so replies are selected from a table of pre-written answers held in the site's own files.

What you type into the assistant is therefore matched inside your browser, sent to no provider or server, and kept nowhere once you close the page. Even so, do not enter party names, case numbers or any sensitive information; the assistant neither needs them nor does anything with them.

The assistant issues no legal opinion, and nothing it prints may be relied upon in an actual matter.

4. Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no cookies and reads none set by anyone else. It carries no analytics, no advertising tags, no third-party scripts and no content delivery network; even the fonts are served from the site itself under the SIL Open Font License.

The only thing written into your browser is local storage holding your light or dark appearance preference and the state of the demonstration. Those values stay in your browser alone, are sent nowhere, contain no name, number or message text, and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.

The content security policy attached to these pages permits loading from the site's own origin only, which is the technical reason no external script appears anywhere. That is a description of how the page is built — not a certificate, and not a claim of conformity with any standard.

5. Legal basis and purposes of processing

No personal data is processed in this build, so there is no legal basis to declare and no purpose to state. Declaring a basis here would describe something that does not happen.

A real deployment — if this platform were ever used to deliver an actual service — would have to state, for each processing operation: its specific purpose, its basis under the Personal Data Protection Law such as consent, performance of a contract, or a legitimate interest where the law allows it, the categories of data collected, how long they are kept, and which processors see them. That is context for what would be required then, not a description of anything present today.

6. Data subject rights under the Personal Data Protection Law

The Saudi Personal Data Protection Law grants a data subject defined rights, among them being informed that data is collected, obtaining access and a copy, having data corrected or completed, requesting its destruction, and withdrawing consent in the cases the law provides for.

Those rights exist by force of the law, not by force of this page. Exercising them here has nothing to attach to: this demonstration holds no data about you, so there is no record to access, no entry to correct and nothing to destroy.

7. Transfers and where data is stored

Nothing is stored server-side, so nothing is transferred. What you type into the form or the assistant stays in your browser's memory; it is sent neither inside nor outside the Kingdom.

This notice promises no hosting location and gives no guarantee that data stays inside the Kingdom; such a promise is meaningless where no data exists at all. Only in actual operation must the hosting location be determined, and any transfer outside the Kingdom assessed under the applicable rules before any provider is brought in.

8. Retention

Nothing is retained. There are no request records, no messages, no accounts and no backups of visitor data, because this build creates none of those in the first place.

The two values kept in your browser — the appearance preference and the demonstration state — remain until you clear them. Nobody but you holds a copy.

9. The competent authority

The authority competent to supervise the Personal Data Protection Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

It is named here only as context. This demonstration has not been submitted to SDAIA, has not been assessed against its requirements, and holds no registration or approval from it. It is a real deployment that would have to meet whatever registration, impact assessment or other obligation the law and its regulations set before the competent authority.

10. Children and sensitive data

This demonstration processes no children's data and no sensitive data — no health, credit, biometric or genetic data — because it processes no personal data of any kind.

The site is not directed at children, and it neither asks for nor verifies an age; neither is needed where nothing is collected. The warning bears repeating: do not enter sensitive data about yourself or anyone else into the form or the assistant. It serves no purpose on this page.

11. Changes to this notice, and contact

This notice describes the behaviour of the build published today. If the site's behaviour changes — a contact channel switched on, the assistant wired to a real model — this text must be amended before the change rather than after it, or it stops being true.

Every page in this demonstration is open to indexing, and robots.txt allows crawling of all of it and publishes the sitemap. Because a visitor may arrive from a search result rather than from the front page, the demonstration notice repeats on every page.
